You're paying to go to work
Most trainers hand 40 to 60 percent of every session to the building they train in. Put your numbers in. See the bill. Then compare it to a private room that costs $18 an hour and sends you nothing.

Before you book
The four questions everyone asks
Do I need insurance to train clients here?
Most facilities, including this one, expect independent professionals to carry their own liability policy. If you already train clients, you likely have one. Here is how it works for rented space.
Do my clients pay anything to get in?
No. Clients of trainers receive free guest access. One booking covers the room, and what you charge your client is entirely between you and them.
What if I only have a few clients right now?
That is exactly what hourly works for. Two sessions a week costs you two hours of space. There is no minimum, no monthly floor, and no penalty for a light week. New coaches start here all the time.
How do bookings actually work?
Through the FlexWerk app: pick a space, pick an hour, book it. You can hold a standing weekly slot or book session by session. The full booking rundown is here.
One hour. One client. Zero cost.
